These Terms & Conditions govern the use of digital products and services provided by
Soft2business, operated by P.P.H.U. Oleh Chornenkyy, registered as a sole proprietorship (JDG) in CEIDG,
NIP: 8982292711, REGON: 525219261, with registered address at ul Stanisława Leszczyńskiego 4/29, 50-078 Wrocław, Poland.

2. Services

We provide digital products and software tools (hereinafter referred to as “Products”).
All Products are delivered electronically after purchase.

3. Payments

All prices are displayed in USD and include VAT where applicable.

4. Refunds

As our Products are digital goods, delivered instantly after purchase, refunds are only available
in cases required by EU consumer law. If you experience any issue with a Product, please
contact us at info@soft2business.com.

5. License

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product
for personal or business purposes. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the Product files
without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

6. Liability

We make every effort to ensure our Products work as described. However, we are not liable for
any damages, loss of data, or other issues arising from the use or inability to use the Products.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland and applicable European Union consumer protection laws.
